Refund policy
We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item
to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it,
unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.

+919372050763 . If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as
well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us
without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
We do not accept return for goods that are no longer required due to any reason or if
customer is not satisfied by the product.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is
defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue
and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers,
or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal
care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous
materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or
concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and
once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the
refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your
original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit
card company to process and post the refund too.
If you have received a defective product, then kindly report on our email
sparklesnstardust@gmail.com. Any such cases reported in 7 days will receive a
replacement. If no resolution has been attempted, you are eligible to return goods and
apply for refund.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that
we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection
of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically
be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of
days.
If it is an exchange, additional shipping charges will be beared by you, in case of refund,
shipping charges will be deducted from the amount.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is
officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Shipping
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.
Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping
will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach
you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or
purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned
item.
